Joplin Tomorrow seeks to raise $10 million to restore the business community that was devastated in the May 22, 2011 tornado.
The organization seeks not only to aid many of the businesses that were destroyed, but also to attract new ones to the area.
It will be administered by local citizens from the private sector and will complement other aid programs geared to individuals.
